Chef Tony is a native of the island Lesvos, Greece. He has worked, operated, and owned several restaurants in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
He brings his 30 plus years of expertise to Central Florida. When Chef Tony arrived to Seminole County, he noticed a craving for Greek food in the area and so he was inspired to open Zorba’s Restaurant.
While he cannot bring the majestic views of Mediterranean mountains covered in olive trees, he can satisfy your craving for Greek cuisine.
So come visit us to relax and enjoy your meal!

We take pride in what we do and each week our chef takes special care and thought into what the special of the week will be. It could be anything from lamb to fresh, whole snapper. Because we are a fresh restaurant and don’t used processed foods, our specials could change daily.
