An Excellent Wedding Venue

All packages include the following:

  • Ample Free Parking
  • Excellent Food & Service
  • Dance Floor
  • Theme and Color Design Consultation

Table Setup & Final Count

We would like a final count 10 days before the event. At that time we will have a meeting to go over the seating chart. In our meeting, we will go over the head table, cake, and gift table setup. We would like to know if you are having a band or a DJ or both. Also, we would like to know if you are having a photographer and if he’s having a backdrop. We recommend assigned seating.

Banquet Linens

We recommend that you pick out your colors as soon as you have your party’s dresses ordered and finalized.  We usually recommend two to three months before the event.  The main reason why we suggest this is because your color can change a few times before you finalize the dresses. You should have in mind your accent color as well as your main color. Once you have your color picked out, we can set up an appointment. The packages included a white table cloth and a white napkin.

Banquet Centerpieces

You can rent a centerpiece with a combination of white and ivory flowers for 10 per table. You are also welcome to bring your own centerpiece if you would prefer. A deposit is required.

Central Florida.

The Central region includes the Orlando metropolitan area (Orange, Lake, Osceola, and Seminole Counties), Marion and Sumter Counties in the interior, and Volusia, Flagler, and Brevard Counties on the coast. There are over 100 miles of coastline in Central Florida along the Atlantic Coast.

The largest cities in Central Florida are Orlando, Palm Bay, Lakeland, Melbourne, Deltona, Daytona Beach, Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs, and Sanford. The region has grown over the last two decades.

The area has a dense suburban feel with lots of bars, shops, restaurants, and parks. There are plenty of family-oriented activities and the schools are ranked above average. The cost of living and house prices are reasonable, and there are some decent job openings in this area in a variety of industries.

What is Central Florida Known For?

Central Florida is a favorite destination for visitors due to the beaches, theme parks, NASCAR races, natural springs, golf courses, and the NASA facilities that put a man on the moon. All the counties throughout Central Florida are “wet” counties. Alcoholic beverages are sold in both taverns and liquor stores. There are places in the area for clubbing mainly in Orlando and the beach tourist areas. There are also many biker bars around the area because of periodic motorcycle rallies. With that being said, the safety rating of Central Florida is very high.

Spring in Central Florida is generally from Mid-January to Mid-April with average highs ranging from the low 70s to the low 80s and average lows ranging from the mid-40s to the low 60s. While spring is generally mild, isolated cold snaps have been known to occasionally bring nighttime temperature below freezing. However, this weather is usually short-lived and is normally followed by warm weather.

Summer is long, hot, and humid in this region lasting from Mid-April until Early November. Average Daytime temperature range from the low 80s to the mid-90s and nighttime temperatures range from the upper 50s to the mid-70s. Thunderstorms are very common during this season especially during the traditional summer months of June, July, and August.

Autumn or Fall is from Early November to Mid January with average highs ranging from the low 80s to the low 70s and lows ranging from the low 60s to the upper 40s. However, cold snaps have been known to bring temperatures below freezing during the traditional winter months making it feel much more like winter in places further north. Deciduous trees will also go bare during some cold snaps like they do every autumn in cooler climates.

However, it is very different than in places further north as the trees will generally turn brown and go bare within a couple of days instead of showing a wide array of colors. While thunderstorms are not as common as they are in the summer, hurricanes and tropical storms are very common in Early Autumn and will usually bring lots of rain and wind to the area.

Winter in this region is usually isolated to randomly occurring cold snaps in December, January, and February. Snow is very rare in this region and frost occurs at most a couple of times a year during cold snaps.
